Julie was fantastic! I could not have asked for more from her. She assisted me in selling my mother's house. I do not live in the local area, which posed a challenge. Julie represented me when I could not be there. She helped me find movers and relocation specialists, who also helped sell some of my mother's furniture. She helped walked us through the entire selling and closing process and we had a buyer in less than 10 days. Julie's assistance cannot be overstated in that I could not have done it without her. She is highly recommended.

Julie was very professional and went out of her way to help us with selling our house and purchasing a condo. She even found and helped rescue our dog from Little Round Bay.

My family was making a move from Tampa, Florida. Trying to buy a house is difficult enough, doing it from a 1,000 miles is even worse. Julie worked hard to make sure all my choices were included in houses she would show me on my trips up. I remember one day, we actually saw 16 houses in one day; I was not an easy client to please. The first in 2011 was done by fax with her handing the load of work for us. the second was done in 2016 this property had problems that she worked on to sell at a very good price. Because the buyer wife was having health problems, she set the settlement at the property
